This is an article that I accidentally came across while doing a search on my phone that I wanted to share with all of you. It deals with mindfulness and the benefits of meditation. In fact I’ve been contemplating doing long meditation sessions 4, 12, even 24 hours. Obviously this would take into account the ability to dry fast, which reminds me I have been remiss in relating my fasting experiences.
