Cashew Young Thai Coconut Yogurt


Try this raw non-dairy yogurt with Pro-biotic Goodness!

First you’ll want to germinate your raw cashews overnight, then you can have them ready for further batches, or to throw in your smoothies.

Germinate Cashews

Bagged germinate Cashews,1 cup sizes freeze and ready to use for the next time.

3 young thai coconuts, water and pulp
Easiest to open them with a machete.

Add the coconut water and pulp along with 1 cup of the cashews;

Then add 2 tsp your Pro-Biotics/ Acidophilus powder of choice

Blend all, a Vitamix of course works to get a smooth consistency.

Blended Cashew Yogurt “Smoothie” ready to be fermented overnight

Let stand overnight, not refrigerated

Then add whatever fruit you like and blend and eat.
