6- Ripe Roma- Tomatoes
1-tsp of Basil
1-tsp of Oregano
1-tsp of Granulated Garlic, optional
1-1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes marinated in olive oil
1/2 cup of dried peppers, soaked for 2 hours
Blend in food processor and flavor to taste and enjoy over zucchini noddles or yellow squash or both which would makes a very colorful dish.
