  • 2-3 cups of almond milk
  • ½ cup of spinach
  • ¼ cup of fresh mint
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • ½ of an avocado (Hass)
  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen)
  • 1 cup of raw yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • 4-6 whole dates
