Ingredients
  • 10 to 16 o/z of Almond milk, homemade if you have it
  • 6 ripe Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of Peaches
  • 1/2 cup of Mango or Pineapple
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup of Blueberries
  • 6-10 leaves of fresh Mint
  • 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ground Flax seeds or Chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix in blender and serve.
