Cruciferous Punch
Recipe Type: Smoothies
Ingredients
  • 3 cups of Water ( Spring or Filtered)
  • 2 or 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup of Kale
  • 1/2 cup of Spinach
  • 3- leaves of Bock choy
  • 3- florets of Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of Beets
  • 10 o/z of Blueberries
  • 1″ piece of Ginger (peeled)
  • 2-1″ pieces of Tumeric (peeled)
  • 2 small Oranges (peeled)
  • 1 Apple (Peeled)
  • 1/2 cup of Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of Papaya
  • 1 handful of germinated Almonds
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 cup of Raisins or Dates
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in to blender and serve. Makes approximately 8 cups so you can enjoy thought out the day.
  2. Remember try to use organic fruits and vegetables when possible in order to support sustainable farming.
