- 3 cups of water ( spring of filtered)
- 2 or 3 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup of germinated Almonds
- 1-hand full of Spinach or Kale
- 1-cup of Pineapple
- 10 o/z of Blueberries
- 1- 2″ piece of Turmeric root ( peeled)
