Ingredients
  • 2 cups of Spinach
  • 4 cups of kale
  • 1 whole stalk of Celery
  • 2 whole Carrots (peeled)
  • 1 whole Tomato (medium)
  • 1/2 cup of Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of Squash
  • 1/2 cup of Zucchini
  • 4 Florets of Broccoli
  • 1/2″ piece of Serrano Pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup of Raisins
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 3 cups of Distilled or Filtered Water
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2″ piece of Ginger (peeled
  • Fresh Oregano, Basil and Rosemary from your garden if possible.
